Terms & Agreements

1. All bookings must be made via email only. Phone reservations are not accepted.
 
2. For 1 day tours, a 50% deposit of the total price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
 
3. For overnight tours, a 50% deposit is required, and bookings must be made at least 45 days in advance. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of the tour.
 
4. All deposits are non-refundable.
 
5. Refunds due to tour cancellation are applicable only when the full tour price has been paid:

- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour date will incur a 50% charge of the total price.

- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
 
6. Tour date changes are allowed with advance notice. Overnight tours at least 30 days' notice required. 1 day tours at least 7 days' notice required.
 
7. Children’s Policy: Infants under 2 years old are Free of charge. Children under 11 years old charged at 70% of the adult rate.

*The 50% deposit must be made within 48 hours after receiving the invoice. If not paid within this time frame, your booking will be considered unconfirmed and the invoice will be automatically canceled.

*For next day bookings, the deposit must be paid within 2 hours of receiving the invoice. After 2 hours, the booking will be unconfirmed and the invoice will be canceled automatically.
