Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings must be made via email only. Phone reservations are not accepted.
 
2. A 50% deposit of the total price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of the tour.
 
3. All deposits are non-refundable.
 
4. Refunds apply only if the full tour price has been paid:

- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour date will incur a 50% charge.

- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
 
5. Tour date changes are allowed with advance notice:

- Day tours: at least 7 days’ notice required.

- Overnight tours: at least 30 days’ notice required.
 
6. Children’s Policy:

- Infants under 2 years old: free of charge.

- Children under 11 years old: 70% of adult rate.

7. Booking Confirmation & Payment Deadline:

- A 50% deposit must be made within 48 hours after receiving the invoice.

- For next-day bookings, payment must be made within 2 hours. If payment is not received within the time limit, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
