Agreements

​

1. Booking must be made via email only. No phone call to book.

​

2. For 1 day tour reservations are required 50% deposit of the total price in order to assure your tour. And the balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

​

3. For overnight tour reservations are required 50% deposit of the total price and at least 45 days in advance for booking before tour departure in order to assure your tour. And the balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

4. Deposits are non-refundable.

​

5. Refunds due to tour cancellation can be made when the total price has been paid.

- Any cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before start time 50% of total price will be charged.

- Any cancellations made less than 15 days before start time will be non-refunded.

6. You can change the date of tour with a notification of at least 30 days ahead of time for overnight tours and 7 days ahead of time for 1 day tours.

7. Baby or toddler aged below 2 years old are Free of charge. *Child aged below 11 years old are charged 70% of adult rate.

*The 50% deposit payment is required to be made within 48 hours after you received the invoice. Later than 48 hours your booking will be considered unconfirmed and the invoice will automatically be cancelled.

*Booking tour for the next day the 50% deposit payment is required to be made within 2 hours after you received the invoice. Later than 2 hours your booking will be considered unconfirmed and the invoice will automatically be cancelled.
